A wedding on
île d'Yeu:
240 bikes and a yellow Méhari
A wedding on île d'Yeu, surrounded by the island's wild, natural landscapes.

A wedding on this little piece of land that feels like the end of the world, on the island that holds a special place in Clara and Lucas’s hearts: Île d’Yeu.
Here, there’s no escaping the rule: to get from one end of the island to the other, you hop on a bike. And all 240 guests rolled up their suit trousers, hitched up their dresses, pedalled in stilettos, and even towed the older generation in cargo bikes, following Clara and Lucas through every part of their day!
A church ceremony brought to life by a choir and an orchestra made up of their guests, cocktails in a garden overlooking the sea wall, and an evening party at the citadel.
It was a day fuelled by contagious joy and a shared desire to savour every moment together, a celebration rooted in tradition, yet with a strong urge to make the rules their own.
